Agreement

By submitting cards to PosixNinja through the Sell flow, you agree to these Seller Terms. Offers are not binding until the shop accepts your submission.

Submissions and offers

Cash offers are estimates based on automated identification and market data. Final price may change after human review.

Typical seller payouts are around 60% of fair market value, with the shop retaining an estimated 40% margin before marketplace fees, payment processing, shipping, losses, or other operating costs. The shop may counter, accept, or decline any submission.

You represent that you own the cards you submit and have the right to sell them.

Condition and authenticity

You must provide accurate photos. The shop may reject cards that arrive in worse condition than represented or that fail authenticity checks.

Fulfillment

If your offer is accepted, you agree to ship or deliver cards as instructed by the shop within the timeframe communicated during review.

Payment timing and method (store credit, PayPal, check, etc.) are determined by the shop and communicated when an offer is accepted.

Wanted board matches

When you fulfill a buyer's want, the agreed price is the want's posted maximum unless the shop negotiates otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Submitting cards after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
