Agreement

By creating an account or purchasing from PosixNinja, you agree to these Buyer Terms. If you do not agree, do not check out or complete a purchase.

Purchases

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. Inventory is not reserved until payment is confirmed.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We may cancel or hold orders that fail verification.

Payment and shipping

Payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Live streams, auctions, and chat

Live-stream bids are binding offers to buy the featured item at the bid amount if you are the high bidder when the server-authoritative auction close completes. The stream countdown may use an anti-snipe extension, and the shop's server record controls if there is a timing or connection dispute.

Live buy-now items may be marked as highlighted inventory or live-only inventory. Live-only inventory is held for the stream and may become unavailable when the show ends, the item is removed, or another buyer completes checkout first.

Stream chat and item requests are for purchase and show coordination. Do not post sensitive personal information, unlawful content, spam, harassment, or abusive messages. The shop may hide chat messages, limit participation, cancel suspicious bids, or refuse service where needed to protect the stream, buyers, or inventory integrity.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the storefront for fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to circumvent inventory limits.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance.
